Fairwell

well blogger, it's time to say fairwell. We aren't ending our blog, but we are moving our adventures to tumblr. This is our URL as of now but IS subject to change at any point, so just keep an eye on my twitter page for the blog posts.
http://www.tumblr.com/blog/2anythingandeverything
This move has provided us with actual ideas for posts and whatnot so hopefully Anything and Everything 2.0 will be MUCH better :)

If anything good has come from this experience for me personally is that I think I have finally found a way to talk on the internet. A way for my true self to be explored and shared.

Thank you
Hope to see you all on Tumblr

sincerely,
Sora

Time

I guess it's time for me to tell you that I am going away for two weeks. The reason being that I was accepted into a very elite choir program over the summer... something know as OSAI. I have no clue if there will be accessible Internet but I will give it a few tries. if all else fails I will upload my writings when I get back sometime after the 24 of June.
I will also be posting all my [artistic] photographs along with some casual ones on my Instagram around that time if you would like to see.

Talk to you all later,
<3

Hello!

Hey there! I know I haven't posted here in awhile, ya' know busy with school, homework, my social life.. Ha who am I kidding I have no social life. But anyway how is everyone? I'm almost on summer break, I only have three more days of school. Yay! And then in about three weeks I'm going to Myrtle Beach for a week, super excited about that. So yeah, I really don't know what to talk about now. Well, I'll try and have more to talk about next time. So, Bye!

Travel: Air

I began writing this from the DFW International Airport, but the somewhat nice lady started calling the various groups to board the plane. I ended up having to delete what I had written, but now I am currently on a flight with American Airlines. (pic 1)

I have been on so many planes that now its pretty much impossible to count them all. In those flights there isn't one that has ever disappointed me to the point of disgust or full blown anger.
However, today's flight was different. In the modern world we live in today, almost everything must be done with the help of a computer because it is said to make it "so much easier". While this is true for some tasks, I wouldn't recommend it for any travel. For example: the website wouldn't allow us to pay to reserve the seats the night before so we'd have to do that at the gate. After all the other passengers had boarded, the workers at the gate were still trying to get us seats after doing so for 15 minutes.

Another complaint about air travel is that the companies seem really greedy and cheap (in quality; everything is indeed very expensive)
Do you remember a time when you wouldn't have to pay for your first piece of luggage? Do you remember when tickets were actually reasonable prices? Do you remember when food
would be provided by the airlines? Well, as a child I love getting the complimentary peanuts and taking my parents' portion. It was actually something my small self looked forward to but now that commodity is not even heard of. The airlines charge an average of $25~US for one bag, a snack is about $2-5 reserving a seat in advance [not in first class] was $4 per seat, the "Free" wifi offered on the plane is $2 per 15 minutes. This is seriously the first time I've ever disliked the service. So the next time you hear someone complain about planes, know that it isn't like that with all flights or companies but make sure you have enough spending money. :)

On another note, I've taken over the magazine with my pen. (pic 2) All pictures of cats now have "LOL" next to them. :)

Throughout the next week I will share any and all adventures I experience as soon as I can.

Save traveling :D

New Information

As you may have noticed, the title has changed. The reason we used 'Nothing Yet' as our previous title was that we couldn't think of one and we had already begun writing.
The new URL is...

http://www.2anythingandeverything.blogspot.com

All the URLs that we tried were already in use until the number 2 was added. The reasoning behind it is simply that there are 2 of us who write and are involved with this blog.

Thanks so much.

Love,

Lost

*Warning: This post contains a few rants and long paragraph like formations that jump around ideas a lot.*

--------

What's the worst possible feeling you could ever experience? Not a physical pain per se, but an emotional pain. It doesn't even have to be pain, just something that makes you not feel right with yourself. Now most of you probably thought, "losing someone/something you love" or "doing something you know is wrong, a sense of guilt". Personally I have experienced many of these feelings, most within this past year, whether it be losing my first love to distance, a family members to death, etc. I always found relief by talking to someone about said problem. The thing is now, I don't feel like there is someone I can talk to that won't judge me so if you don't mind, I'd like to share my feelings with you.

Going back to my first statement... there are no wrong answers, but the pain I'm thinking of travels a lot deeper than the one I provided above.

It's getting to that time where I have to really start thinking about what it is that I want to do with my life. Making choices that will effect me forever. As the years came and went so did the ideas. At first I always wanted to be an architect, and was determined to do just that. Later on I gave up that idea and wanted to be an interior designer. After that phase I wasn't (still not) sure what I wanted. So many opportunities that come with being a good student, being someone who has potential , and yet I have no idea whatsoever. ..."Potential"... what a word to use. What does it mean?... What does it imply?... Why do I have it? No matter how many times these questions are asked there are no answers.
Music and Art were always a part of me from the beginning, and I am one of those people who see the world differently. I've gotten everything that I could ever want that was good for me but it has only confused me more. As I have grown older and older more of opportunities and responsibilities came as well. People say I should go into music... but when I think about it... what is there to do other than be a teacher or a member of a band, not knowing when/if there will be another pay check in the future? Can I make a good living off of it while still enjoying it until the end? However, others say I should be an engineer of some sort, a singer, a writer, a chemist, and the list goes on an on and on.... *sigh* I guess what I'm trying to say is that I don't know who I am anymore or what I should do with my life. My bio states that photography is what I want to do, which is true... I do want that, but I don't feel that I'm getting the support I need. I get the impression that I can't do it, that it wont be a good career that I can do it. This is a time in my life where I don't know who I really am. A time where everything I do feels like it's being evaluated. A time when the only thing I want is to be away from everything and everyone that I hold on to because I'm tired of the same thing everyday, the same feeling. THAT is the worst pain in the world, not knowing who you really are or what your purpose is. Feeling like a puzzle piece of your soul was accidentally left out of the box. Knowing where you are but being completely lost.

---
We've all been 'lost' , but we all handle it differently. [If you don't mind] How did you deal with it/ what advice would you give to people in a jam like me? Please comment below, because I would love to hear from you.

-----

Before I go I'd like to apologize for the ranting. It is just one of those things you can't hold back, and thanks for reading this far, it is greatly appreciated. :-J

Love always,
Sora.

I know it been a while
since I've written here to you.
I'm busy all the time
and yes this is true.

There's not much to say,
I'm sorry I suppose.
Everything is going swell,
and that's the way it goes.

School is still a bore
finally coming to an end.
Cant wait for camp
so i can make another friend.

Nothing really happens
in this place where I am from.
Hope you had some fun here,
it was so nice for you to come.

FIRST DISCUSSION!

Before I start I would like to say that the first topic would have been a little less silly but then again this is a great way to start this off. :)

Now, Is it delicious or morbid to build a house out of bacon?

-- DEFINITIONS

mor·bid

/ˈmôrbəd/

Adjective:
  1. Characterized by or appealing to an abnormal and unhealthy interest in disturbing and unpleasant subjects, esp. death and disease.

de·li·cious

/diˈliSHəs/

Adjective:
  1. Highly pleasant to the taste.

I would have to say it's both, but before you say anything I'll just give you my reasoning.
Yes we do consume more than 1.7 billion lbs every year in the U.S and with that much meat we could build a house so it's possible. However, there is something to be considered. Is this bacon cooked? How big is the house? Who/ what would live in it?
If it was about the size of a gingerbread house I'd be all for it. Just buy 5-10 packages at the store and there you go. It would be delicious if cooked, and if you actually enjoy bacon. If we were to build an actual house like yours or mine I would be grossed out, cooked or not. It could still be delicious, but wouldn't be worth it.

Remember, this is just my opinion. Comment below to share YOUR opinion, and don't be afraid to suggest some more topics for next week's discussion day.

Adventure Time!

~ see that poll over there? ----------> go vote for a discussion. the more votes the better :) ~

Okay so the title lied a bit. I didn't really go on an adventure but my day actually wasn't boring to the point where it feels like the same routine. even if it is I learned something interesting in almost all my classes and
I'm beginning to relearn a song as a 16th birthday gift to one of my greatest friends this upcoming Monday. Hopefully Skype and the Internet will cooperate to allow this task to actually happen.

Another event was that I truly believed that my wallet was lost. turns out it was at the bottom of my backpack in a random pocket that is never used all along. always the last place you look, huh?

Today was a school paper writing day. a personal narrative to be exact. Its only a rough draft at the very moment but after all needed correction are made I might share the final product with y'all.

On another completely unrelated topic, I can NOT wait until the premier for The Legend of Korra! I was [and still am] obsessed with Avatar: The Last Airbender and I feel that it will work out the same way with this series. Last time I checked, the premier episode is on iTunes and is free but it will only last an unknown amount of time. Get it while you still can! :D

Anywho. have a great day.

Hey You

I know I haven't written in a while but it's been a little busy around these parts. On Tuesday I found a My Little Pony (Friendship is Magic) action figure on my desk in chemistry. I was SUPER excited.
Today my choir went to State Ensemble contest and we got strait 1s (SUPERIOR RATINGS FOR EVERYTHING)!!!! everything~ performance of an accompanied piece and an a cappella piece and sight reading.
So far this week has been pretty great and seems to get better :)

How about you? How has YOUR week gone, did you do anything exciting? I would LOVE to hear from you. :)

Eeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

I am soo excited for my new job, and that would be a major understatement. Today, the 22nd, I went in for training about how to run the cameras and where to stand and how to get clients. Over this past summer I was exploring the app store for some camera apps and ran into instagram and that is when I found one of my greatest passions. I would love to study photography in college but I don't know if I'd like it as a career or just as a hobby. Lucky for me, I found a job at a location that takes pictures of parties and other events, and I CAN'T wait. My first assignment will be next week at my city's Medieval Fair.
Tell you more about that later though.

Friday-- absolutely nothing happened. played guitar, played Mario kart wii, and made plans to go see THE HUNGER GAMES!!!!! I will. DEFINITELY let you know what I think about it on monday while I come up with a topic to discuss next Monday but I need help coming up with one.

Up to Date

Saturday-- the third day of the trip

The group went to The Dixie Stampede and to The Clay Cooper Show. Both performances were terrific and the food at The Dixie Stampede was great. However, my stomach didn't think so. As you may know Missouri is really hilly and this, along with the food made me sick. My 3 roommates then had to be relocated to a different room and the plumbing was broken and the toilet overflowed and flooded a little bit of the bathroom. Not the best way to end your last night on a trip but luckily I felt perfectly fine the next morning to enjoy that day's events.

Sunday-- Last Day :(

The day of packing, fun, and then 6 hours of boredom. The group of about 160 people split up to visit the Titanic Museum and one of the many go-kart places. I would say that I managed not to get hurt but I would be a big fat lier. Go-kart races always end in at least 2 crashes... and I was in one resulting in a scraped knee and slight whiplash. Don't worry though, I'm perfectly okay now.
The next 6-8 hours was our drive back home and we all enjoyed extra sleep and Harry Potter 7 part 2... and more sleep.

Monday-Wednesday -- movies and interviews

M: best way to start spring break at home is a Harry Potter movie marathon.
T: spent the day learning about college and what I might be interested in terms of majors and whatnot
W: went in for an interview and GOT A JOB!!!!! This will be my first job EVER and I am very very excited to be the newest photographer for this company.

well that's everything...
Talk to you on friday!
-Sora

p.s. we still need some help. comment on any post with a topic for one of our posts that you'd like to hear about.

Branson Missouri

Well, the trip to this place was boring but it has paid off as of now. Yesterday, we went to the Branson Landing for a few hours to do some shopping while the other half of our music herd was opening for The Acrobats of China. Today we went to Silver Dollar City for a few hours and while we went to play at the magician place they went to the Branson Landing. The show was amazing and we were trolled by the magician :D hahaha.
well, I'm pretty tuckered out so goodbye. :)

Double Whammy

HAPPY PI DAY EVERYONE!!!!!
I LOVE pi day, don't you? sigh all the pie, and contests for t-shirts, and knowing the most digits. The pie i had was delicious, and i feel very confident about the number contest. 180 digits! :D [crazy right?] If by any chance you haven't noticed the fact that I'm a bit of a nerd, whether it be for music or math... today will be your chance to see it.

For a majority of you, spring break will be Monday-Friday of next week. I know you're all excited, but who isn't?
Being a musician can be a pain in the butt sometimes.... actually my left hand but it pays off sometimes and tomorrow is one of those times.
Music is a major part of our lives, but mine especially. I've never been one of those sports loving people and I've ALWAYS found myself in the fine arts department. First came piano, then came choir, then violin, the venezuelan cuatro, ukulele, and most recently guitar (and the ocarina) , but that's besides the point. What I love about music is the joy it brings to the life around me no matter who it is. It brings me out of slumps, gives me motivation, and friendships I never would have made without it. Tomorrow I'm starting my spring break two days early because the Band and Orchestra program at my school is taking a trip to Branson, Missouri. My group in particular will be the opening act for a magician, but other groups will open for the dixie stampede dinner show, and some other things I don't recall at the moment. If, by chance, you're going to any shows over the next 3-4 days make sure to get there 30 minutes early if you would like to see us perform as well.

Now for some business talk. Due to this trip I will most likely NOT be able to post this Friday because I don't know if I'll have Internet but that doesn't mean I'll give up. Just don't expect anything until Monday for sure.

Have a WONDERFUL end of the week! Be back on sunday.
Sora

--how many digits do you know of pi? Doing anything noteworthy for spring break? comment below, we'd like to hear from you

oh and about the numbers.... no cheating. yeah, that means you... stop looking it up, hahaha.... seriously though, stop it

Something New

First thing's first... I got my first pair of glasses!!! Definitely a great start to the weekend. Nothing exciting happened on Sunday, just the usual. I did however, write a pretty great book review for 1984 by: George Orwell. It's a good book and if you like books about the future, government/dictatorships, or you want something a little creepy then this novel is for you.
Today (Monday) was the beginning to another spirit week. We were all to be wearing our pj's to school and tomorrow wear all one color. [ this should be interesting ] It is also te day blogger decides to give me a few technical difficulties but nothing I wasn't able to fix, so everything is fine.

Hope your weekend was terrific!
Until Wednessday when I tell you a secret... shhh!

Long Day, Long Week

Where do I begin? This entire week felt like it just dragged on and on and on... more than usual. Felt to me like Monday never happened...
It is 11:45 pm when I'm writing this, and I finally got home for the first time since 8am this morning. I did come back for a few minutes but I don't count that You see, my mother is from Venezuela and she has many friends that come from many countries. At the University in town, there is a student association for Venezuela and Colombia. Once every year they put on a show to tell the people about what the country is really about. Tonight was Colombian night and I had a good time. The food is DELICIOUS, and the music and dance was great too.
After all this excitement... which totaled 5 hours... I'm pooped. Can't even believe that there was school today.
I WOULD tell you about yesterday too but I don't remember any of it soooo that's my story... that's everything..... The End!

--Sora

P.S. Maybe one day I'll tell you about Venezuela... if you would like to hear about it.

Still needing help.

As "exciting" as my life may be... I can't just talk about it week after week because it will be the same thing over and over again. If you have any suggestions about a title for this blog or a topic. It would be lovely. Comment anything, anything at all. you don't need to be following or anything.
Hope to talk to you all soon. :)

Weekend # 1

Two days ago, Saturday, I spent a majority of my day (8... hours) surrounded by stress and anxiety of band and orchestra teachers and students. Why? District Solo and Ensemble Contest of course! Despite how each audition is only about 6 minutes long, there are hundreds of students 7th-12th grade. I participated in an Orchestral ensemble consisting of 18 people. I know you are all eager to know what we played right? No?... I'm going to tell you anyways. We played Brandenburg number 3 and actually got a Superior ( I ). :D
The other 6 hours was spent monitoring one of the rooms. Kid after kid, score after score, and making sure the judge is happy at all times. May not seem like a hard job but it is.

Sundays aren't usually very interesting. Wake up... go to church... come home and eat lunch... then head out again to church for a religious education (R.E.) class... come home and eat dinner... homework... sleep. Yesterday however, one of the Deacons of my parish told us the history of the church. He explained how it got its name, about the architecture in the building, the garments that he and the priest wear and what it means, etc. The most interesting thing to me was the bell. Apparently there was a family whose son was dying so they asked Father Metter (1st Priest for this church) to bless him before he died. The family was very great-full that he could come. remember, they didn't have cars. just horses, trains, etc One day, some time after the death of the young man, a bell was delivered to the church by train. It had the name of the family and the boy engraved on the side and came with a note that said father should put the bell into the church's bell-tower and name the church St. Joseph. That bell is STILL in that tower and rings every day, and it has been about many many many years.

SIDE NOTE: If you aren't religious, or are of a different religion... just know that I will try to keep my 'church talk' to a minimum. :)

Today has been a stressful day like most Mondays. Finding out about quizzes or tests coming up, having a pile of homework, and I found out that I need glasses so yeah.

Happy Monday :)

No Topic? Aww...

Thursday

Today started out as an average day.
 6:00am -wake up
7:10am -leave the house for school
7:35am—4:05pm -school
4:30pm -arrive at home and check blogger... and THAT is when things were different. We have had a total of 57, I repeat 57, page views in about 2 days. 1 was even from Germany! how cool is that? :D I can not even begin to explain how that means to me. thank you so much! Never has this happened to me before and I can't wait for this project to bloom.

Friday

This is when i would start discussing the topic of the weekend but uh.... we didn't get any topics, so today's post won't be what I hoped but it is only the first week.

Have a fantastic weekend everyone!
maybe next week will work out a bit better. :)

Hello Blog World

Well as you might have noticed, this is my first post of [hopefully] many. I should be posting every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday about myself and my life but that isn't all. I find this blog to be about bringing this generation of people together and what could be better than letting you be a major contributor?
I would love for all of you to come up with a topic we should start discussing on Friday and then again on Monday.
It could be about anything you want and if I/we get enough options they will go on a poll for a majority vote.
Just comment below... can't wait to hear from you. :)

oh, and while we're talking about ideas and such... could you help us with a title for the blog as well? whispered: We're still kind of stuck...

Talk to you on Friday!
Love,
Sora
